History - De' Vada started trading with one manufacterer, we sold only through cataolgues. Now, we have more than 5 manufacturers that we work with, having cataloques, a display site and now our own website.  Although, relatively new to the market we are continously growing in overall service.

Delivery - Delivery on most equipment is 6 to 8 weeks, express delivery items can be despatched within 7 working days.  However, at times due to high demands delivery may take a little longer.  A delivery charge is incurred; value depends on weight and location.  Their is an additional charge for deliveries outside the UK. Payment  - We accept all major credit cards except American express.  Full payment is expected at the time you’re ordered is placed.  

Terms and Conditions

Payment - Full payment can be made by banker's draft and any major credit cards accept American Express. Prices -  Prices do not include VAT.  Prices may change without prior notice. Carriage - A charge is incurred on all delivery.  Charges vary according to area, weight and dimensions. Sizes are all approximate. Damages  - Claims for damages must be made within 24hours of delivery with no exception. A written notification must be received to us within 7 days. Guarantee - All equipment, except mirrors, is supplied with 12 months guarantee unless otherwise specified (Due to manufacturer fault).  Equipment returned after one month is at customers’ expense. Cancellations and Returns - Cancellations and returns must be approved. Some items cannot be returned as they are made to order.  Approved cancellations will incur a handling charge of 20%. Returned Cheques - Where cheques are returned unpaid, the customer shall incur a charge of £20. Alterations -  We reserve the right to alter any prices and specifications without prior notice.
